Can we test the software?

Yes. Acade Lotear has a “Test Drive” version to navigate the entire system and know the main details that will help your company to be more efficient. Schedule a demo with our consultants and take your test drive.

How is support done?

Support is one of the highlights of Acade Softwares, in addition to a prepared team, does not stop at lunchtime and has multiple service channels: ticket, landline, cell phone, Whatsapp, Skype and email.

Does the software have a user restriction?

There is no user limit for Acade Lotear. The Acade Lotear client can enter as many profiles as necessary for the project and release individual users and passwords for all its employees, accountant, partners and landowners.

Does it need to be installed on exclusive client servers or computers?

No. Acade Lotear has a very high security server, which keeps the information of its customers, stored in the cloud with automatic backup, making it a safe and practical software. Just access the system and use it, you don't have to worry about server infrastructure and its high cost.

Can I access remotely?

Yes. Acade Lotear works online and can be accessed through a browser or any mobile device over the internet.
